Roshan R Pillai is a people’s person in both his personal and professional life and has a keen interest in studying the behavior, thoughts and actions of individuals and groups. He strongly believes that his ability to listen patiently and find solutions for various problems is one of his strengths, which encouraged him to pursue counselling along with management as a career.

Roshan completed his Master’s in Business Administration specialized in Strategic & HR Management from the University of Buckingham. He also holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology.

In the beginning years of his career, Roshan worked in the Human Resource Management sector of various MNCs.

Currently, Roshan is the Managing Director of Bodhi Counselling and HR Services in Thrissur, Kerala. This center focuses on Clinical Counselling, Career Counselling and HR services such as Recruitment, Training & Management and Process Outsourcing; and aims at providing holistic and specialized solutions to individuals and groups with specific attention given to areas such as psychological guidance, career selection and guidance, employee hiring, employee management and business process outsourcing.
